About
Hi, I’m Lech Kulesza — and sailing has been one of those things that quietly grows on you and never really lets go.
I’ve had the pleasure of joining and leading voyages on both monohulls and a catamaran, from relaxed days around the Bay of Gdańsk or in Caribbeans to more memorable passages toward Stockholm or Bornholm, and even the North Sea. Each cruise has taught me something different: how to read the mood of the boat, how to stay calm when the weather changes its mind, and how important good teamwork is.
As a skipper, I like to keep things steady, clear, and friendly on board. I believe a good crew makes the voyage — so I value open communication, a shared sense of responsibility, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and involved. I’m practical, attentive, and always happy to explain what’s happening and why, whether we’re trimming sails, planning a route, or just enjoying the rhythm of the sea.
I don’t spend the whole season out there — but when I do go, I make it count. For me, sailing is about quality, good company, and those special moments that stay with you long after you’ve returned to shore.
